MICKEY

What a difference a ? makes! But there we are – punctuation does form part of the clue and that question mark was deemed to be important. Congratulations to Toby who scoops his second victory of the year and opens up a bit of a lead in the Annual Competition.

Huge commiserations to Ramki who came SO close with the same excellent idea, that was so neatly executed by both. In fact it was such a neat idea, and with hindsight seemed so obvious, perhaps it was surprising that more entrants did not go for it. Well Tim Anderson did. With slightly less felicitous wording he moved into 3rd place, his first podium for a while.

Hypatia achieves a first top 5 finish with a smoothly constructed hidden clue. Well done Hypatia.

Michael Kindred takes the final podium placing – his second this year – with the first clue to use a non-Disney definition.

Congratulations to all for what was an interesting word to clue. Good luck with your double clues!
