DREAMBOAT
A welcome return to the top of the pile for Mr Tozer, obviously back in form following his recent AZ victory too – well done John – a simple but effective clue with a beautifully disguised definition.
And talking of being in form – Mr Parfitt – third podium in a row – 5th, 4th and now 2nd – 1st next month? Another wonderfully disguised definition – well done Dave.
Another form horse in 3rd – last year's overall 2nd place Tom Borland, with an ingenious &lit.
4th spot went to a new name – welcome Nick Baggott – a simple anagram, but such a convincing surface.
Final placing goes to Rod Beards, who is moving up the consistency table – his clue evened things up for the other sex!
Well done everyone – another great competition!
