It seems to me that there are three essential aspects to the meaning of ROSBIF: it is a CONTEMPTUOUS term applied by FRENCH people to BRITISH people. On that basis, and rejecting clues that struck me as technically unsound, I found only four clues that I could honestly vote for (7, 28, 41, 53), plus some merits.
