1.	I doubt many solvers would notice the 'uncultured' pun.
2.	'Non-U' surely can't be used to refer to an uncultured pearl? Surface reading doesn't work
3.	"a remarkable" not really acceptable as an anagram indicator, the "a" being superfluous.
