| 1. | Not sure how a judge charges someone with a suit. A prosecutor might charge someone, but not with a suit (which is a civil action) | | 2. | Sorry I don't get 'judge charging' as a deinition | | 3. | "Judge" is too vague to define guestimate. "Charging" is superfluous in cryptic reading. |
